ABOUT THE GAME

CRIT stands for Conflict Resolution in Intercultural Teams, which provides learning information for players, including skills, knowledge, and attitudes applied in the real world. The scenarios proposed to the players vary depending on the communication and management styles adopted by the player throughout the game.

CRIT stands for Conflict Resolution in Intercultural Teams, which provides learning information for players, including skills, knowledge, and attitudes applied in the real world. The scenarios proposed to the players vary depending on the communication and management styles adopted by the player throughout the game.


PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Language : Either 100% in English or, alternatively, players can select either the French or Thai version, which provides some scenes in French or Thai (and the rest in English.

Duration : Approximately 55 minutes

Structure : A short survey on assessing emotional intelligence (EI) level and some selected scenes from LINK the serious game were incorporated at the beginning of the game, to measure the Intercultural Competence (IC) level. Then, CRIT the Serious Game assesses the conflict management style (CM) used during the different conflict situations. The summary scores of EI, IC, and CM with the learning content are provided to the player.
